  • We frequently work with these insurance providers: RAC, Shannons, CGU, CommInsure, CIL, Elders, Eric, HBF, Hollard, IAL, SGIO, Suncorp, Zurich.

  • Yes we can do private work as well as insurance work. If you are unsure which is your best path, we recommend you to upload your details via our online estimating tool. We can do an initial appraisal and let you know if the cost of the repairs will be under your insurance excess. This will determine if it is worthwhile to get your insurance involved or to just to do it privately.

  • There is no cost difference, because there is only ever one way to do a job, and that is a job done properly. As a licenced motor vehicle repairer (MRB 7666) we must comply with standards & legislation as set out under the 'Motor Vehicle Repairers Act' of Western Australia. It is our duty by law that all vehicle are repaired & customised by qualified personnel, correctly and safely regardless of who the repair is for or who is paying for the job, therefore prices we provide to do a job don't change.

    Please be wary of unlicensed businesses & backyard repairers who provide you a 'better price'. To put it simply, ask yourself why would a repairer do the exact same job for less money? More often than not this indicates corners being cut, jeopardising your safety as a vehicle owner/passenger but also impacting the re-sale value of your vehicle.

  • We can offer replacement vehicles to all not-at-fault drivers. However you must provide the other at-fault driver's details so we can organise this for you. Once our estimate is authorised, the replacement vehicle will be ready for you on arrival when you drop-off your car for your repairs. We will advise you when we have completed repairs to your vehicle and you can simply drop-off the replacement vehicle when you come to pick up your own vehicle.   • This can vary from one car/scenario to another and there is no standard timeline. The best and quickest way we can provide you with an approximate timeline is when you submit your details/vehicle photos via our online estimating tool. This allows us to make an initial appraisal of the work involved, only then can we advise you of an approximate timeline.

  • This can vary depending on the size and complexity of the job. If it is a smaller job we can schedule your vehicle in between our larger jobs. However if your vehicle requires parts which aren't readily available from Perth car dealerships and we need to source them from over east or overseas then this can impact when we can book your vehicle in for repairs. This is assessed case by case, and we can only advise you once you submit your details/vehicle photos via our online estimating tool, where we can then make an appraisal of what is involved.

  • We always use genuine car parts also known as OEM Parts - 'Original Equipment Manufacturer Parts'. This ensures that occupant safety, vehicle reliability and re-sale value are maintained. If genuine parts are not available or cannot be found due to the age of the vehicle or if it is a rare make/model then we will always relay this to you, and discuss which alternative /after-market parts are available. You will have the choice of whether you decide to go ahead with the alternative part.
